"Got matched with a really, really great photographer"
I tried snappr for a quick family photo shoot, the whole matching thing was easy, easy. They set us up with a photographer who totally got the style we were going for, and she was super friendly and showed up right on time. The photos turned out way better than I thought they would. Overall it was smooth, really smooth, and I’d definitely use it again.

I used Snappr for some family photos they turned out way better than I thought they would. I usually feel kind of trapped and awkward during photo sessions, like I don’t know what to do with myself, but the whole thing was actually easy. The colors looked really nice, nothing felt overly edited, and the pictures came out super clear. I’m genuinely really happy with the quality.

"pretty easy booking overall"
I booked a shoot on Snappr and it was simple. choosing the time and the kind of photos i wanted didn’t take long, and there weren’t any confusing steps or anything. I do wish there was a little more info before checkout, but overall it went fine and was easy enough.

"Easy, solid photo experience"
I had a good experience with Snappr overall. The photographer arrived on time, was friendly, and seemed to really know what he was doing, which made me feel more relaxed. He gave simple directions without making it feel awkward, so the whole shoot was easy to get through. We did have a small delay getting started, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. From my point of view, the photos turned out nicely and I was happy with the result

"Easy cancellation and refund"
I had to cancel my booking and expected the refund process to be a bit of a headache, because that’s usually how these things go. But Snappr handled it quickly. Support was polite, explained things clearly, and the money came back without much hassle. Straightforward, which is all you really want in that situation

"Easy to reschedule without the hassle"
I had to move my photo shoot at the last minute and figured it was going to be a whole thing, but it was actually simple. The rescheduling option was easy to find, and I was able to pick a new time quickly without a bunch of back and forth. that’s how it should be, plans change, and it’s nice when the process doesn’t make it harder. Everything updated right away, and the photographer knew the new details too.

"Good idea, but be prepared for a frustrating booking process"
I tried booking through snappr.com, the website made it way more annoying than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly for me, and a few buttons didn’t work when I clicked them the first time. I also had to go back and re-enter my info, which got old fast. The concept seems useful, but just a heads up — the site itself feels clunky, so don’t expect the booking process to be smooth.

Booked a quick photo shoot through Snappr it went better than I expected. The photographer showed up on time, was friendly, and didn’t make the whole thing feel awkward, which I appreciated because I have zero patience for stiff, uncomfortable photo sessions. The photos came back fast too, which was a nice surprise. My only gripe is that I wish they’d sent more info beforehand about poses or what to bring, because I don’t like having to guess. Overall though, it was a good experience and I’d use them again

"Good overall, but the instructions could be clearer"
I got the image link the next day and the downloads worked fine once I had it. It did take me a little while to figure out where the favorites were, which was kind of annoying because that part wasn’t really explained clearly. Overall, I’m happy with it, but better communication would’ve made the whole thing smoother.
